Երկրորդ դրինք՝ն՝դրոն նվիրված էր երգարվեստի մի ժանրի, որ բնորոշվում է պսեվդո-ֆոլք մեղեդայնությամբ եւ կլիշեների վրա հիմնված ծաղկավոր լեզվով:

Այն կախվածություն է առաջացնում հատկապես փոքր հասակում, դժվարացնելով հետագայում ուրիշ երաժշտություն ընկալումը: Ի սկզբանե ռաբիզը ազգաբնակչության որոշակի, բավականին լայն զանգվածի սեփականությունն էր: Այժմ այն ռեստորաններից, քեֆի սեղաններից եւ տաքսիստների կասետներից աստիճանաբար ներթափանցում է հեռուստատեսություն եւ ռադիո, ամենուրեք դուրս մղելով այլ երգերը: Ավելին, պոպ մշակույթը իսկույն հաշվարկեց ռաբիզի ժողովրդականության հնարավորությունները, վերարտադրեց նրա ձեւը եւ, այսպիսով, ինքն էլ ռաբիզացավ: Մեր աչքի առաջ ձեւավորվում է նոր, պոպ-ռաբիզ ոճ:

Մասնակիցներից մեկը իր հետ բերել էր ռաբիզի մի քանի զգետնող նմուշ: Դրանք հին դպրոցի իսկական դասական ռաբիզ երգեր էին` հոգու ճիչ, որ իր բնույթով մոտենում է բլյուզին կամ սոուլին: Իրականում մենք սպասում էինք ավելի պոպուլյար, կոմերցիոն, հոսքագծային եղանակով արտադրած մի երգ, սակայն այս մեկն այնքան հետաքրքրեց բոլորին, որ խումբը որոշեց աշխատել հենց սրա հետ:  

Մանրամասն գրեցինք երգի տողերը եւ սկսեցինք այն ջանասիրաբար եւ հետեւողականորեն վերածել կոմիկսի: Ավելորդ է ասել, թե ինչքան զարմացած հայացքներ եւ հեգնոտ հարցեր առաջացրեց մեր գործունեությունը: Եւ դա զվարճանքի մի մա՛սն էր:

“Մի երկու խոսք միջոցառման մասին” ավանդական հարցով դիմեցինք կազմակերպիչներից մեկին՝ Մկրտիչ Մաթեւոսյանին: Ահա թե ինչ ասաց նա.
-Որ ասեմ նորությունա դրինք՝ ն՝ դրոն՝ սուտ կլինի. թերեւս գուցե Հայաստանում…Դրինք էլ էնք արել ամբողջ կյանքում, դրո էլ (թարգմ. -խմել էնք էլ, նկարել էլ էնք): Երկուսն իրար հետ էլ էնք արել, նկատեմ՝ ամենքս առանձի՛ն: Բայց ի՜նչ հաճույք կա էդ ամենն ընկերովի անելու մեջ: Այլեւս դրինք՝ ն՝ դրո: Բոլորո՛վ: Ախր, դա էլ նոր չի, դա հնարելա մեր հայրենակից Դեն Փանոսյանը, եւ բրավո իրե՜ն: Իսկապես կայֆա, երբ իրար հետ տարբեր (եւ ոչ անտարբեր) մարդիկ մի բան են անում (տարբեր բաներ դրինք անելով, մի ընդհանուր բան են դրո անու՛մ…)

Եւ այսպես, երգի հեղինակ` Վլե: Կոմիկսի անվանումը չի համապատասխանում երգի անվանմանը քանի որ ոչ ոգ չգիտեր այն:

drink’n’draw investigated rabiz!
Second Drink'n'Draw event was held in Yerevan, March 3rd. Participants visualized the rabiz singer Vle’s song.

Second drink` n` draw was devoted to rabiz music. Rabiz is characterized by pseudo-folk melodies and flamboyant lyrics. It is especially addictive to kids, the ones who get used to it cannot accept any other type of music. Originally this genre belonged to a certain category of population. During the last decade it has gradually penetrated from the restaurants, noisy parties and taxi drivers’ audiotapes into TV and radio broadcasts. Moreover, having realized the benefits of popularity of rabiz, our pop-culture started to move towards it. Now we are witnessing the process of formation of a new pop-rabiz genre.

One of participants investigated the market and brought masterpieces of rabiz with him. These were old school genuine rabiz songs, which can be defined as a cry of soul, an Armenian relative to the Blues and the Soul. Frankly speaking we were expecting a more popular type of “market -oriented” song with meaningless poor lyrics, but this one was so interesting that the group decided to go for it.
 

We wrote down all the lines of the song and started to transform it into a comic strip. Useless to say, how many curious eyes and ironic questions we got from the other clients of the café. It was part of the fun!

We asked the traditional “what do you think about the event?” question to one of the organizers -Mkrtich Matevosyan. Here is what he said: “I would tell lies to say that drink and draw is a novelty –at least in Armenia. Throughout our lives each of us were drinking and drawing. We might combine these two, but the catch is that each of us was carrying out these actions separately. Now it is such a joyful experience to do it jointly with friends! From now on drink`n`draw together! Interestingly, even this format is not new; it was invented by our compatriot Dan Panosian. And big bravo to him for that! It’s really exciting when different non-indifferent people are busy with common task (their drinks might be different but drawing is common!)

Thus, here are the credits: song is authored by Vle. The title of comics might vary from the song name since nobody knew it.
